Oh America… what can I say today, other than Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸
I hope you are having an amazing holiday whatever you are doing today, and I wish nothing but the best for you and your family.
Ever since the US Embassy in London invited me on a mission to Explore American Values back in 2017, I have had the privilege to get to know you better.
To travel throughout the states - always together with my wife - to eat the amazing food, to understand more about your ‘Melting Pot’ culture and the history behind it, and to meet many of my wonderful people who view my content from all across the states (a small sample pictured).
And you know what? I haven’t even scratched the surface yet.
My fascination with the USA is growing, and I am still trying to get that elusive visa.
For now, I just want to say THANK YOU for teaching me so much and showing me a good ol’ time. And Happy 4th of July!
And a special shoutout to the City of San Antonio, Texas, for making us honorary citizens along the way!
There is a lot going on in the world right now. I get it. Not everyone is happy.
But I know, based purely on the amazing people I’ve met on my travels, there’s a bright future.
