Thank you, Shaun. I hope that you saved some of that Apple Pie Moonshine for your wife to taste. I am looking forward to the next Newsletter telling of all your adventures.
Thank you for all of your story telling, walks with Teka, excitement of a child on Christmas as you open packages, and honest caring about what you do and how it may effect others. Until you can travel again we all love seeing your homeland, for many of us, our ancestorial history that we ache to see. ‘Till then....
Hello Shaun from Nebraska, I just started watching your channel a couple months back, and I love it! I have Scots-Irish heritage on my Daddy's side. Your videos have made me want to even more. Thank you for all you do to show us your country and to give us a new appreciation of our own.
*supposed to say...I have always wanted to visit Scotland and your videos have made me want to even more....dont know where the rest of my sentece went in my comment...😆
I often wondered what you did for a living, Shaun. I used to be a journalist and became a journalism/English teacher at a local high school. I, too, want to get back into writing somehow. Your story is inspirational to me! Thank you for sharing it.
I'll be waiting to read! Incidentally... I'm tentatively planning to make my visit to Scotland within the next 2-3 years, once my wife and I put enough money aside. Hoping to spend 14 days there with at least 2 in Edinburgh.
Hi Shaun, I have loved your YouTube posts since I visited Scotland on a tour with friends shortly after watching Outlander. Your Outlander videos caught my eye and I've been a huge fan since. I feel really bad at having to subscribe as free to your newsletters, but hope to be able to be a paying subscriber soon. I feel that I've traveled along with you on all your adventures and love that you show the good, bad and ugly parts in such a truthful way. You are the real deal. Wishing you health, wealth and happiness. Nancy
We would love to show you around and even take you to catch a big salmon if you ever make it over! My husband is a fishing guide of sorts. You'll find us in Wasilla. 😊
Aww, so nice Shaun- Love this letter! We are just as excited and curious about your life and Scotland as you are about the USA. Keep your stories coming💗 Dawn from Ohio
That was just lovely, Shaun. Florida would welcome a visit with y'all. Thank you for giving us a glimpse into your beautiful country and travels.. Someday, I hope to see Scotland and Ireland for myself.
The Rocky Mountains of Utah are waiting for you! I'm retired from Utah Department of Natural Resources, State Parks. I would love to show you our beautiful State! Lovely post Shaun!
Come to Shiner, Texas. I would be happy to send you a sample of the thing that we're most famous for, but that's Shiner Beer, and I'm not sure how well it would travel. Rest assured, however, that I'll have plenty of it for you when you visit.
